1. About Aisle Wedding

These Terms of Service govern your use of aislewedding.store and your purchase of digital products from Aisle Wedding.

In these Terms, “Aisle Wedding,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of Aisle Wedding.

Aisle Wedding provides digital wedding-planning products, including the Ultimate Wedding Planner and related checklist materials. The store is powered by Shopify.

By accessing our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

2. Digital Products

The Ultimate Wedding Planner is a digital product. No physical product will be shipped.

Depending on the offer purchased, the bundle may include:

• An Excel wedding-planning workbook

• Google Sheets access

• Step-by-step PDF instructions

• A 24-page Wedding Checklist

• A4 and US Letter PDF versions

• Editable A4 and US Letter Canva templates

• Other digital files or access links described on the product page

The exact contents of each purchase are those displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Product images are provided for illustration. The appearance of files may vary slightly depending on your device, software, screen settings, or the version of Excel, Google Sheets, or Canva you use.

3. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your place of residence to purchase from Aisle Wedding.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name and email address. You are responsible for ensuring that your email address is correct so that we can deliver your purchase and contact you about your order.

You must not use another person’s payment information without authorization.

4. Orders and Digital Delivery

When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected digital product.

An order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation or digital-delivery email is issued.

After purchase, digital files or access instructions will normally be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout or through the delivery method shown on the product page.

If you do not receive your files, first check your spam, junk, promotions, and other filtered folders. If you still cannot locate your purchase, contact us at support@aislewedding.store.

We may cancel or refuse an order where there is a reasonable concern regarding fraud, unauthorized payment, technical error, or misuse of the product.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed on the website in the currency shown at checkout. Prices, discounts, promotions, and product contents may change at any time.

The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, unless there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

You authorize the payment provider used at checkout to charge the selected payment method for the total amount shown before purchase.

Any taxes required by applicable law may be calculated and added at checkout.

6. Refunds

Eligible purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

Aisle Wedding offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible digital purchases. To request a refund, contact support@aislewedding.store within 30 calendar days of purchase and include the email address used at checkout and, where available, your order number.

If a refund is approved, you must stop using the product and delete downloaded copies and duplicated files under your control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

7. Personal-Use License

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital files for your own personal wedding-planning project.

You may:

• Edit the files for your own wedding

• Use the planner with your partner

• Privately collaborate with people directly helping you plan your wedding

• Print the included checklist materials for your personal use

• Customize the Canva templates for your own wedding

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files

• Share download links, Canva links, or access links publicly

• Upload the files to marketplaces, file-sharing websites, or public folders

• Use the files for another person’s wedding or commercial planning service

• Claim the files or templates as your own creation

• Reproduce or modify the files to create a competing product

• Sell customized copies or derivative versions of the files

The license ends if your purchase is refunded or otherwise cancelled.

8. Intellectual Property

The Aisle Wedding name, branding, product designs, written content, graphics, templates, files, images, and website materials are owned by Aisle Wedding or used with permission.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any product or website content to you. Except for the personal-use license described above, all rights are reserved.

You may not use Aisle Wedding branding, product names, logos, or materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Software

Some products may require or use third-party services, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Canva, Shopify, email providers, or payment providers.

Your use of those services is subject to the relevant third party’s own terms and policies. Aisle Wedding is not responsible for changes, outages, account restrictions, compatibility issues, or decisions made by third-party providers.

We do not guarantee that every feature will work identically across every device, operating system, software version, or third-party account.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website or product materials may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Canva, Google, Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms.

These links are provided for convenience. Aisle Wedding does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, content, policies, availability, or security. You access third-party services at your own risk.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Because the store and checkout are powered by Shopify, Shopify and other service providers may process information necessary to operate the store, process payments, deliver digital products, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

12. Reviews and Feedback

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, suggestion, or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to submit it.

By submitting feedback, you grant Aisle Wedding a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and distribute that feedback for operating and promoting the business.

We may remove feedback that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, offensive, or infringing.

13. Errors and Changes

We may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, technical errors, or inaccurate information at any time.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue products, features, website content, or digital-delivery methods without prior notice, subject to applicable law and any rights you already have regarding a completed purchase.

14. Prohibited Use

You may use the website and products only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

The website and products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the website, files, access links, or third-party integrations will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or software version.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aisle Wedding will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, digital products, third-party services, or inability to access purchased files.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Aisle Wedding is legally established, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.

If your business is legally established in Germany, insert and verify the appropriate German governing-law and jurisdiction wording before publishing.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted means that you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
