Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased directly from Aisle Wedding, including the Ultimate Wedding Planner and any included checklist, Excel, Google Sheets, PDF or Canva files. All products covered by this policy are delivered digitally. No physical item is shipped, so there is nothing to mail back and no return address or shipping label is required.

30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Aisle Wedding. You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase if the planner is not the right fit for you. This guarantee also applies when the product was purchased at a promotional or sale price.

This voluntary guarantee is offered in addition to any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws that apply to your purchase.

How to request a refund

Email support@aislewedding.store within 30 calendar days of your purchase. Please use the subject line Refund request and include:

  • The email address used at checkout

  • Your order number, if available

  • A short description of any download or product problem, if applicable

You do not need to return or ship any files.

Refund processing

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds promptly and normally within 10 business days. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed that your refund was processed, contact support@aislewedding.store.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your license to use the refunded product ends. You must stop using the files, delete copies under your control and must not share, reproduce, resell or distribute them.

Download problems and faulty digital content

If your download link does not work, files are missing, or the product is materially different from its description, contact us at support@aislewedding.store. We will work to restore access, provide corrected files or offer another remedy required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to faulty, incomplete or non-conforming digital content.

European Union and other statutory withdrawal rights

Consumers in the European Union may normally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from an online contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that statutory withdrawal right may end once delivery begins only where the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, as required by applicable law.

Regardless of whether a statutory withdrawal right applies, Aisle Wedding's separate 30-day money-back guarantee remains available on the terms stated above.

Exchanges and cancellations

Because this is a digital product, physical exchanges do not apply. If you purchased the wrong product or used an incorrect email address, contact us promptly so we can help. Orders that have already been digitally delivered are handled under this Refund Policy and any mandatory rights that apply.
